Game Server Management Supported Games: You may add and manage game servers for any game listed in our supported games section (
Games List).
Server Limitations: Users are allowed to manage multiple servers as long as the servers are valid and not fake. Any server added to our platform that is deemed to be fake or in violation of our guidelines may be removed.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Server Echo, you agree to the following: You will not abuse the platform by engaging in spamming, posting explicit content, or any form of racism. You will not add fake servers or use the platform to promote unrelated servers or activities. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you share (including images, data, and descriptions) complies with applicable local laws and regulations. Consequences of Violations: Violating these terms may result in penalties, including content removal, server removal, or account suspension or termination. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned.
5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property Ownership:
You retain ownership of all data you upload, including images and server details. By having a game server publicly available, you grant us the option to add the game server to our platform and also to collect, display, and use server data as part of our service. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload complies with local laws and regulations.
6. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data. We will not share your data unless required by law (e.g., by government authorities). While we make every effort to ensure the security of our users data, we cannot guarantee its absolute safety.
7. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or remove any game server listings if we detect abusive or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to: Denial of service attacks. Spamming or adding fake servers. Attempting to break or manipulate our system. Uploading explicit or inappropriate content. Account Deletion: You may delete your account or any server listing at any time through your profile. Please note that server deletions are permanent and irreversible.
8. Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions for using the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are either of legal age or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service.

Premium Subscription Server Echo offers a Premium Subscription that provides additional customization and features for game server managers. By subscribing to the Premium plan, you gain access to the following benefits: Enhanced Profile Customization: Additional options to personalize your user profile. Server Page Customization: Increased flexibility in how your server page is displayed and customized. Priority Support: Access to priority customer support for any issues or questions regarding your servers or account. Subscription Fees: The Premium Subscription is available for a recurring fee as outlined on the subscription page [
/premium]. Fees are charged on a annual basis. You will be billed automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Payment: Payments for the Premium Subscription are processed through [insert payment processor], and you agree to provide accurate payment details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the subscription. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your Premium Subscription at any time through your account settings. Service Availability: While we strive to maintain the highest possible uptime, we cannot guarantee the continuous availability or performance of the Service. Our data collection depends on the availability and cooperation of game servers, and we cannot be held liable for outages or disruptions in server data. Server Ranking: Our platform may display rankings of game servers based on various criteria, but these rankings are subject to data availability and server settings. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or consistency of these rankings.
